Finding balance in your life can be a difficult thing. It most certainly will not happen overnight. There will be many hours of contemplation, reflection, imagination, frustration, and inspiration involved in the process. 2. This is a lovely reminder, Bev, to us to take care of ourselves. If we care first for ourselves, fill our own cups, then we can be of service to others.
