It is very easy to remain in the same roles as they feel secure. However it is when we step outside of our comfort zone and take a ‘small risk’ that we learn, grow and enjoy the benefits of a new, invigorated lifestyle.

Some roles no longer serve a purpose, some roles are stale and boring – but they have formed the known comfort zone. The worst aspect of maintaining redundant lifestyle – you are wasting precious time to try something new and interesting.
When we were younger -older women seemed to be quite content, but was this actually lost of hope and passivity.
