Do you find you allocate time to a particular task or project; however, it often takes much longer than you expected and then this throws out your day or even your week?  Then you become frustrated because you get to the end of the week and feel as if you haven’t achieved much.  Or is it just that you crammed too many tasks into the week?

I have implemented many of these tips – however, obviously not enough!
