The best way to achieve something is to set a goal. Your goal may be to lose weight, write a book, start a new business or learn a new skill.

However, I have found working with many women that what they think is a goal is really just a wish. A goal needs to have an action plan to ensure it is achieved. Today I share how to set a SMART goal.
