Do find yourself rushing around and then you get to the end of the day and feel you haven’t achieved anything?

Do you ever look back at the end of the month or even year and feel that you haven’t achieved what you thought you would?

Have you started a diet or exercise program and then lost focus?

I used to set all these wonderful business and health goals and found the weeks flew by and I had lost focus and not achieved what I wanted. I would get really frustrated and begin to doubt my ability to achieve.

Let me share with you this week what I discovered that helped me remain focused and stay on track so I achieved my goals.

    What a good idea to have a accountability buddy,
    Yes I do have problems achieving things because of that fact I only have myself to answer to. And then get frustrated with myself because months of gone by and haven’t started or finished goals I would like to achieve.

  2. Lovely to hear from you Yolande. By being only accountable to ourselves allows us to make excuses – which we accept! An accountability buddy makes sure we stay on track and achieve our goals. It is also great to have someone to share your ‘highs’ and the inevitable ‘lows’. If you don’t find anyone to work with let me know and I will see if I can find someone in my network who would also like an accountability buddy.
