As a woman over 45, are your fears stopping you from moving forward? Is there something you would really like to achieve but you are too fearful to do it? Do you find yourself procrastinating or making excuses because you are too fearful to progress?

This week I share how I had set myself a goal to achieve this year, but I kept procrastinating because I was so fearful. However, once I began, I found it wasn’t so ‘scary’ or fearful after all – and I am really enjoying working towards completing my goal.

  1. Hi Bev,
I am fearful of someone asking me something and not knowing or giving the wrong answers even after learning more about the profession of my dreams. I think of ways to make money to do courses and start the business, then a thought of what is the use, it is going to take too long and I am not getting any younger. Looking forward to your new book all about health for us mature ladies.

  2. Thanks for sharing Yolanda. Rather than being fearful of giving an incorrect answer you can always say “I am not sure about that however I will get back to you with an answer’.
Pursuing your new career or dream business will take time, however it will be worthwhile as you will be living a life of passion and purpose. I agree you are not getting any younger so now is the time to start – after all you don’t want to live a life of regret? Please let me know if I can assist in any way – just send me an email or give me a call :)
