As mature women, we want to remain active, vital and productive for many years to come. When research was done on healthy people, it was discovered that they had a handful of habits in common. Here are a few tips to help you remain healthy and youthful. Try incorporating some of them into your daily routine.

    Another habit you might consider passing on to your community, possibly alongside optimism, is for them to live life laughing. There are many ways to do this and receive the myriad of physical, mental and emotional benefits.

    My research which began 13 years ago next month has shown that mature women benefit enormously from doing this in a laughter group, or equally via a one-one-one session with me in person, via Skype or on the phone.
