In a recent video, I shared some healthy habit tips. Research found that the healthiest people have a handful of habits in common.

My good friend, Phillipa Challis, commented below the video that laughter was also important in ensuring a happy and healthy life. Phillipa is a certified laughter yoga teacher and the Chuckling Executive Director of her successful business ‘Live Life Laughing’. She also wrote a laughter chapter in our book ‘Now We’re Talking – health for mature women’.
