My idea for consideration is  a bout of laugher.  This can be stimulated laughter from say a comedy movie/tv program, shared laughter, or simulated laughter which can be done silently so as not to disturb those who are already asleep.  Scientific study has shown  the body doesn&#039;t know if it is fake or real laughter and that hearty laughter contributes to a good night&#039;s sleep. Laugh Lots!
